Youth of 2019: Time to get involved and win!

Youth Power

There's power in numbers; register to vote if you're 18 or over, and vote if you're old enough to vote.

Future Leaders

The future is beckoning us all, but especially the younger generations.

We support the expansion of the youth vote.

The law should allow 16 & 17 year olds the right to vote.

Youth Committee's News Sheet

The Greene For Director of Elections Committee can help citizens register to vote.  Just send us a note on the "Donate or Contact" form.

 Primary Date: August 6, 2019.

General Election Date: November 5, 2019.

Be sure to watch the Seattle Channel in the late summer and fall for various candidate forums and all the King County General Election participating candidates' speeches.

Mark Greene for Director of Elections.

Also, vote for Zahilay, Doerr and Hirt for County Council Districts 2, 4 and 6, respectively.  We were rooting for Lippmann for District 2, initially, but he didn't make it through the primary, unfortunately.

Various media sources are reporting or relaying reports about big problems at the King County Elections Department, especially with coordinating with the Secretary of State's office and others in implementing the voter data system.  This goes hand-in-hand with the seeming slyness of the incumbent director (Wise) with overall communications, e.g., once implying, perhaps clumsily, that she was a graduate of Harvard University, when she actually was not.

"Old Enough To Vote"

This site is relatively new, and the content for the Youth Committee's News Sheet will be filled in gradually over the next few months.
